June 7th 2025-Save the date

We are excited to share that our 4th Annual Santa Monica Animal Shelter Open House Fundraiser will be on June 7th from 12-3pm at the Santa Monica Animal Shelter.
Join us for a fun afternoon to raise much needed funds for the shelter and to help the animals find their forever homes.

At the event:

• Tour the shelter and meet the animals waiting to be adopted, adoption fees will be reduced

• Face painting by The Magical Atelier

• Balloon animals from Wild About Balloons LA

• Meet the Santa Monica Police Department Mounted Unit

• For a small donation you could win fantastic prizes from our raffle

• Bid on unique experiences in our silent auction

• DJ, Food and more Fun Activities!

We regularly participate in events to help raise funds and get the word out about the shelter. A few of the events we have participated in most recently include:

Open Main Street Halloween Festival October 21st, 2023.

Coffee with a Cop December 12th, 2023.

Clear the Shelters Day August 26th, 2023.

National Night Out August 1st, 2023.

More past events:

Santa Monica Brew Works-We have had two fun fundraisers at the wonderful Santa Monica Brew Works: October 2021 and July 2022. At both events they donated a percent of sales from their flagship beers to us. We had a great time and in addition to raising funds we were able to showcase many of the available animals at the Santa Monica Animal Shelter.

We also have had several events where you are able to visit a local business and raise funds to help the Santa Monica Animal Shelter. Such as June 6th, 2022 at The Counter Restaurant.
